Wonderful historic motorcycle dealer and garage. Was formerly one of the oldest Royal Enfield dealers, though I think they are tied to BSA now. They are also a wonderful dealer in classic and vintage motorbikes, and there is always something to wistfully drool at here - they will certainly be first on my list when I retire in a couple of years and will have the time to devote to tinkering with a classic.
They also host the monthly Royal Enfield Owners Club (Cambridgeshire Fens area).

I was looking for another bike to add to my growing collection and saw a Triumph American on line. I contacted Haywards and asked about the bike. I was told it was in fantastic condition and I would not be disappointed if I came to look at it. I explained that I lived 140 miles away and so really needed to know if it was as good as they said, as I thought it was just a sales pitch. I decided to take a few hours off and drive down to have a look. How wrong was I. It was better than what had been described by them, so had a chat about the things you do and took it for a test ride. I purchased the bike and arranged collection a couple of days later. On arrival they had double checked everything even down to the tyres. A fantastic experience from start to finish. The only trouble is, I saw another bike that I liked but just can’t fit it into my garage. Thanks again for the excellent service. Mark

Really great and friendly attitude towards a first time buyer.

I went to Haywards for a second hand Mutt motorbike 125 deal I saw advertised. On arrival the guy David was really helpful and friendly. He took the time to help me get to grips with the bike and talk me through a few things and manoeuvres again as I had only recently passed my CBT. He checked over the bike thoroughly and gave my friend a cup of tea.

I left very happy with the service and the bike is fantastic.

I am a Royal Enfield fan which these guys deal. When I move on to my full licence I won’t think twice to give them a visit if I decide a Enfield will be the next purchase.

Well where to start.....

So a few years ago I took a little tamoretti moped in for mot, being in the car trade I knew a bit about mot, I called and spoke to Nick, who answered all my question in a polite and very knowledgably way . once passed contact was made and the scooter was left out ready for after hour collection. I then got them on to my other super scooter and again with a little work we got the tmax back on the road. then as y trust grew and relationship grew there done my gen 1 z1000 which needed some work and Nick kindly helped pointing me in the right direction., there now looking after my sons scooter and my brothers bikes too.

All in all a great friendly and more importantly honest and trust worthy bike shop which after a very bad experience with both my rsv Millie r at max moto and my Harley at a independent gives me piece of mind

Once again thank you to Nick for all his help and all other members of staff who are there after hr when I drop various bikes off.

Keep up the good work and can I get my trolley in for a mot now please!!!

Best customer service ever!!. Arrived at 08:55 to ask if they could fix an emergency issue with my bike. He got me to roll the bike into the workshop and fixed the problem in 10 minutes. He refused any money and just asked for a review. I could not accept that and left enough for a few pints or a bottle or 2. Tip top service. Fantastic. Good old customer service at its best.
