Best coffee in Hitchin, this is what they say.
And it is. Very flavoured and well served. Hot and tasty.
With two small tables outside and big space inside with tables.

Tucked away just off the market square Hitchin Coffee Lab undoubtedly is worth a visit. Welcomed by a very friendly girl who made me a very smooth flat white. They also sell their coffee which is roasted in Hertfordshire.

Coffee and cinnamon roll were delicious and inside was spacious enough to sit down. Plenty of vegan options. A shame that the coffee only comes in one size which isn’t that big! Staff were friendly enough but didn’t seem to interested or enthusiastic about the place.

Edit! We went back and had a much better experience.

We have been to most of the coffee shops in Hitchin and this is one of the best. We now come here regularly, for the good coffee, yummy treats, atmosphere and friendly staff. Dog friendly and baby changing facilities is a plus. I can highly the jalapeño cornbread muffin!

Amazing, very cosy little coffee shop, nice decor and atmosphere, the staff are all wonderful and friendly. As well as delicious fresh snacks, their coffee is really good!
