Great experience dealing with these people, they are knowledgable , helpful, honest and straight talking, very refreshing. i p/ex, two e bikes and got a good deal then eventually bought a G4 GOCYCLE, and the bike is just as good if not better than they said it would be. Thanks Simon and the lads in the shop for all your efforts, I am so pleased you talked me into it!

Just got a new five EVO frame from Simon sorted out a super deal and rear shock upgrade this is now the second time I’ve used these guys excellent

Alex at TCA was amazing with my MTB. I brought a new dropper lever and some brakes to install and he turned around my bike incredibly quickly and more importantly did a really neat job, cleaning up my cockpit at the same time. Really appreciated how approachable he was and never felt like I was imposing when I asked him a raft of questions about the work being done. Would happily use again and recommend to friends.

Popped in to TCA for two reasons. Firstly to get my rear mech fixed after a minor accident and also to take a look at a stunning Lotus they had for sale. The welcome, hospitality, friendliness, everything was absolutely spot on. Unfortunately we didn't end up buying the Lotus as we got a slightly different spec version elsewhere but they also fixed my rear mech on my bike at almost no cost at all.

I cannot recommend these guys highly enough. If they car had been exactly what we were looking for we would have purchased from them, sorry it wasn't to be this this time, maybe next!!

Whether it's 4 wheels, or 2 wheels TCA are the people you need to go to see.

Originally went into TCA just on the offchance I could see an e-bike, but was met by such friendly and helpful service, including advice that was tailored to what I wanted and needed, and not what would be the most expensive bike. (I got a coffee too, it's like they know how to make me love them).
Anyway, long story short both me and my partner now have really cool e-bikes that really work for us, and these guys are awesome.

TCA has been providing me with an excellent service for mountain bike repairs and servicing, going beyond the usual in terms of levels of service. Also it is really handy that it is centre of Hitchin, free parking and generally can book work in at short notice.
