My experience from start to finish was exceptional.

From the first call with Andrew to buying my car, I was filled with confidence. Andrew and the team were knowledgeable on all of their vehicles, transparent with pricing explaining all costing and reassuring me in my value for money.

The warranty and aftercare options were explained to me thoroughly, offering cover from 3 months minimum to 3 plus years with Warrantyfirst.

I could not fault the Customer service I received and will be using them for all of my future MOTs and services.

Paid £9k for a BMW 2 series 9 years old and 72k miles on the clock, completely broke down after 5 months, was not told warranty only covered up to £500. Cost over 3k to fix (due to timing chain replacement and clutch replacement as well as some minor other issues), only driven 2k miles, was told by Braceys I’d had the car a while and had done a lot of miles (?). Absolutely gutted and I was completely ignored such a shame as they were full of promises initially and were saying the garage I had received the original quote for were massively overcharging saying they could fix it for less and wouldn’t be timing chain issue . I guess I was ignored in the end (e mails and promises to call back and help me) as they knew the problem was actually a huge one - I know second hand cars can and do go wrong but come on - this has happened more than once after a few months of driving away looking at the reviews.
Shame as this original review was a good one - good selling pitch, awful aftercare

Due to clutch failure I needed a vehicle recovered from Stevenage into Audi Hitchin. As it was the quiet period between Christmas and New Year Bracey's were the only company prepared to do this service. Their recovery vehicle arrived bang on time and the driver took every care in loading the vehicle and safely delivering it.
Unfortunately, I needed another recovery service a couple of weeks later. I didn't hesitate to contact Bracey's again. Once more, a totally professional job.
If you want a personal, friendly, reliable service, Bracey's is the only company I'd recommend.
