Poor service. Went to this branch yesterday to buy specific itemsfor my elderlyAunt.
I askedthe assistantif she had a specific item of dried pineapple she made no attempt to check just abruptly said we don't stock it the dismissive manner in which she answered me was disrespectful and rude.
There is no need to be rude disrespectful and dismissive of customers suggest you train staff to be polite and customer focused

I love Holland & Barrett, but the service in this specific shop is not the best. The girl behind the till (last Saturday) was focussed, but only regarding her mobile phone on top of her keyboard while doing the checkout with me. Little bit of attention for your paying customers would be nice.

Nice little Holland and Barrett for essentials and a growing selection of vegan treats, but I wish it had a fridge/freezer. I would definitely shop there more if it did!

Customer service from Selina was as always good..however got home checked receipt been overcharged..till receipts are awful!! Tried calling and was promptly cut off..not impressed and due to M.E. don't know when I'll be back in town..not impressed.
