Wow, have been past this bakery a few times but never ventured in, until today. It was after lunchtime & the shelves were nearly bare, well I know why, the produce is fantastic and everyone had bought it all, I managed to get a couple of large sausage rolls, still warm and a apple strudel type pastry. They were absolutely delicious, I’m not going to walk past anymore, definately need to go in and purchase, yum. I’m not a local but when I visit Hitchin this charming little bakery will be one of my stops every trip, guaranteed!!

This corner bakery in Hitchin is a hidden gem that every pastry lover should try. Their croissants are the best I’ve had in the UK (seriously) —flaky, buttery, and delicious. The pork sausage rolls are full of flavour and the bread just melts in your mouth! Definitely miles better than anything you’ll find in a commercial store. Everything here is made with such care, and it really shows. If you’re in Hitchin, don’t miss out on this place. Highly recommended!

Best sausage rolls I've ever had... And I've tried many!
Also the sourdough breads are fantastic, I'll be back to try even more of the menu for sure.
Very popular place so arrive early in the day to get the bread loaves before they sell out.

From yesterday, this is my favourite bakery.
Fresh products baked and served with love.
Variety and good prices.
They sell bread, mini pizza, quiche Lorraine and more.

The best bakery for miles of that there is no doubt. Regular queues reflect the enormous desire we all have for their incredible selection of breads, sandwiches and amazing croissants. Highly recommend
