Not impressed with this store when I visited. The staff were not at all helpful. I carry a Can't Wait Card, meaning it allows me to use shops/cafe/pubs etc bathrooms and the card is official. Not so with these guys at B&M. Apparently they have no toilets at all, not even staff ones. Believe that if you will!
This was the Hitchin store by the rail station. I normally use the Letchworth store which have kind, caring and helpful staff, plus a customer toilet. So I won't be visiting the Hitchin one again, just in case.

Normal B&M store with everything you expect to find in a B&M store.
Reasonable size carpark but be careful on the entrance exit to the road as it's normally busy and vision is restricted.
There are disabled spares close to the entrance.

Big store, load of choice, bought me a yucca plant - barely fitted in the car, £25...cheapest out there....and it's still alive. Bosh
