I live in Letchworth and often go to the Asda Express Petrol station for fuel and food etc, most times I go in the manager (an erratic women) is yelling at her staff or shouting about something - it is very intense and unnerving. No one wants to go to a shop in the morning and have this type of stress going on around them and she is highly unprofessional. This morning she was shouting that she hires stupid people and was yelling from the fuelling area all the way into the back of the shop. The staff seem distressed and this does not look like a healthy working environment. I think she believes she is running a massive corporate business and she is some sort of clever business woman - calling her staff stupid and yelling frankly makes her look stupid to be honest.

I do not know her name but I can take a stab in the dark and say she is the manager or team leader there at the petrol station.

I actually worry for the staffs mental health and it is a terrible place to be for customers who just want to get some fuel or food. This does not represent ASDA and its customer service I hope?

Don’t take your Yodel parcels here. It doesn’t matter what time of day (I’ve tried different times) they’re always “too full” to take any more. You can see the staff actually enjoy when they turn you away. When I questioned why they always say the same thing at every time in the day, they immediately raised their tone. Save the time and go somewhere else.

The shop is always closed went there to buy a meal deal was not allowed in to see the selection the man who worked there was not very helpful and very rude.
