On our way back to our car, it caught our attention, and we decided to have a coffee. We also tried the chocolate-orange cake and pistachio cannoli. We really liked both of them. They also have large tables for 6-8 people. In short, if you’re looking for a good cafe in a central location, I highly recommend it.

Went here a Saturday about a month ago, was busy and had a great atmosphere. The smoothie (strawberry and banana) was tasty but the sausage and egg bap was disappointing.

I’m not a fan of floury bread (that’s obviously just a preference) but the sausage felt pretty low quality.

Service was good, friendly and helpful so only issue was the quality of the breakfast roll (for £7)

Not sure I’d go again unless it’s for a smoothy

Very nice place to eat lunch. Food really well cooked and tasty. Staff are attentive and efficient. Great atmosphere. Also dog friendly - we don't have a dog atm but lovely to meet other people's. We go here quite often.

Cool setting! And OMG, their orange chocolate cake is really addictive that ended up eating two slices 🙃. Their toasties are soooo good ( I had mushroom cheese). Coffee of course is lovely - had mocha.

Start to finish this place is a little gem!.. Staff are lovely and friendly.

Tables inside and outside seating. Cosy deco.

Mouthwatering toasties! And the rose tea and latte just right!

They also have lovely shop with variety of cheese, teas and coffee and much more!

Recommend everyone to try this place out. Great for families and young ones!

Time for a change, so we went here for our regular Monday breakfast ; what a mistake! Limited menu, eggs on toast - only fried or scrambled options. Not given choice of white or brown bread. Butter yourself with the pre-wrapped portion on plate side. Microwaved eggs! Latte good and the only redeeming feature of an otherwise regrettable choice of eatery. Back to our usual next week, with far better service all round AND £5 cheaper. Too much prevention in Hitchin; why is that?!

We had cake with hot chocolate and marshmallows and tea. Lovely food, drinks and service. Found out it is dog friendly so will definitely call in again with our dog.

The best coffee in Hitchin and the best sausage bap (or tuna melt if that’s your fancy).

Super dog friendly too.

Just off the market square, opposite the rubbish Starbucks.
