If I could give 0 stars I would, the worst customer service experience in a long time. I ordered a laptop stand and it didn't arrive at all despite getting a courier notification without a tracking number 3 weeks after it was due to arrive. I am happy to wait for a product if the communication was appropriate.Repeated emails and calls with no response. A refund was processed by PayPal. Avoid and go with a reputable company.

I bought an iphone 6s plus and despite its claim that it was refurbished it was in poor working condition. Customer services were helpful and I sent the item back for a replacement stipulating that the replacement phone should be fully tested before sending it out as the website promises. I had to pay to send the item back and they agreed to refund the money. Eventually a replacement phone was sent out and I was shocked to discover that despite the promises this too could not have been tested as this phone too was dud. Having contacted customer services they refunded my first postage costs and promised to refund the second postage return costs and the cost of the phone. I would not recommend this company as clearly there is no pre product testing on the items sold despite claims of refurbished products you can trust.

I ordered a nurse watch fob and it arrived with no pin attached, I sent an email I had one back telling me I would get a new one and after numerous emails I still have no replacement and now they are not answering...I would definitely never buy from these again.

Complete waste of time.
Order confirmed on Friday, dispatch confirmed on Monday with a delivery date, order cancelled and refunded by them 5 minutes later. What a complete waste of time and my daughter still without this key item for home schooling. First and last for me!
