Very helpful staff. Good range of products.

Amazing customer service from the ladies at Danielle’s this afternoon! They absolutely saved the day for me and ensured that my son would not have to endure the embarrassment of wearing a (mistakenly) dyed blue school T-Shirt for an important sporting event tomorrow. Ordered 3 different school years worth of uniform after moving in to the county and not knowing what i needed and the girls in Danielles took the time to kit me out from top to bottom and and really helped me out….5 stars allday!! Danielle herself aint too bad either 😍😍❤️❤️

It was our first time shopping at Danielles.I need to give a credit to a young staff.It was a relaxed and welcoming atmosphere.We have not felt rushed.The young girl who was helping us was very polite and sorted out everything in a very professional manner.We'll be back next year.It was a lovely experience for me and my son.

Rayleigh branch. I see from recent reviews that I'm not the only one that feels this so called shop had terrible customer service. I received this very rude behaviour a year ago when my daughter started SHSG although I ordered online as it was during pandemic, the email response I unfortunately received was very abrupt and uncalled for when shopping somewhere for the first time. Excuse me for asking questions about my order as I wasn't sure how the shop operates (especially during pandemic) but a bit of compassion would do your shop a worl of good. Unfortunately this is the only shop local to me that I can buy my daughter's uniform which is ridiculous when I live in Southend 10 mins away from the school!! I also have the misfortune that I need to buy some items which I'm reluctant to purchase from this disgrace of a store's customer service 😞
