It started when I bought a second charger here after the first one actually being good been shopping here for months and they have been okay for the time I was going there. The charger worked for a day then started being sluggish I thought it was an issue with my phone however it stopped working altogether. I went back twice. The first time u just wanted him to replace the wire as at this point I knew it was an issue with the wire he sold to me. He was banging on how he can't refund because its an electrical item and he won't give me a replacement as he is losing money. So I said to him so you expect me to buy another one. I said f this I come here daily spend hundreds of pounds with you and you want to argue with me over a fiver anyway.... I walked out and he was shouting no no ill replace but i was too annoyed and my phone was dead anyway... I went into second time because I couldn't get my phone working to get money for another one so I went back and he was instantly aggressive with me..... I apologised for swearing at him but I need this sorting out because I can't get my phone on I have no WiFi atm as I'm moving so I'm streaming to my TV etc..... he said he's going to do nothing about it so I said F U and he started coming at me pointing fingers being aggressive as I was trying to walk out the store saying he's going to beat me up so I punched the side of the shelving which caused no damage to any of his property btw then he started chasing me up walthew lane.... he will still get business but he thinks he can treat people like that? I'm 28 going through a mega depression in life and he thinks he has the right to do that? I wasn't going to post this review but the police aren't doing anything but would've if I punched him? Also I tried going in tonight and wasn't allowed to haha its a joke honest and cause me so much anxiety to the point I can't go outside 🙃 this guy is nothing but an idiot. So if I was you just go to one stop or coop they won't chase you up the street haha 🤣 😆

Very bad service. Resulting in unnecessary arguments after explaining politely my problem and wanting to swap my purchase for another one due to a vape being broken/ malfunctioning, i was shouted at by owner in quite an aggressive manner. I used this shop allot with being a local residence and have spent allot of money in here in the time I've been going in there as does my wife,
2 sons and father in law, Probably many £100s if not £1000s combined actually. NONE of us will be returning i can assure that. Absolutely shocking and in front of a shop full of people. I felt like ripping his head off which is terrible! So I I left feeling very angry which could have been avoided. So embarrassing. You should be ashamed of yourself.
