Even though they didn't sell exactly what I was looking for, that didn't stop them going the extra mile to help me and I was delighted to discover I didn't actually need the light I had been looking for. Excellent customer service.

Excellent shop though a little away from the centre of any major conurbation is well worth the effort to visit. Staff are more than friendly, stock is ample for us plastic modeller's, and I finally have discovered a decent model shop to visit even though I live in St Helens! I will be back and know I will be spending a LOT here!
Update: have been back several times AND spent a reasonably priced fortune and saved a lot too 🙂

Visited here for the first time, as was visiting the area been. I've been using their mail order for most of my orders as I live a long way away from here, found the shop great staff very friendly and very competitive on prices for there kits very helpful and great staff, thank you

Been a fair few times now since getting into the hobby this year. They have a great selection of kits and more Sci-fi now which is really good to see. 3 different paint stands plus smaller ones and then also paint sets and the unique colours by ak etc. lots of different tools. Found them to be on the mark with pricing if not cheaper than online etc. Personally I prefer a brick and mortar shop especially as this is a tangible hobby so very fortunate to have them in such close proximity. If they don't have what you want there and then prefer sure they can order in from suppliers etc but better ask them first. If your looking into or already enjoying modeling then definitely check them out.

Have only made a small purchase for a Christmas gift but customer service was excellent. I was contacted as had not supplied name of family member who giftvwas going to. They were really helpful, kind and wished us a great Christmas. It feels more like a company who actually takes time out to know their clients which I love.

Great model shop, wish that there was one as good near to me. Good prices and nice and friendly staff every time.

(You're missing an opportunity by not doing online sales in my opinion. There are so many online model shops with very poor websites in the UK)
