Car parks always busy more retail than leisure park as only a swimming pool there now ok for maccies or KFC and the burger van is lovely to by b and q

Good range of stores. Parking however is becoming an increasing problem during peak times and the endless traffic queues for McDonalds don't help ease traffic movement in and out of the retail park's main entrance.

M&S cafe had lovely views if the sea front and the railway. Clean. Staff friendly. Toilets really nice. Food was served quickly. A little expensive but we were on holiday!

For a small town you are lucky to have a compact out of town retail park. Parking difficult. M and s better than hastings branch but why did next shut. No next at all in bexhill or hastings.

The whole area is down at heel but the selection of shops is good. Insufficient parking most of the time.

Even though this branch of M&S is not huge, it has a really good selection of clothes, shoes, handbags and jewellery! A few items of household and a café! The food area is as expected - a good choice of food and drink and high quality as always!
