I have just bought a lovely Jaguar XF from Hartley Cars. Mark has been really helpful and clearly knows his stuff. We felt welcomed on our arrival and never felt pressured to buy the car. It is obvious that Mark is selective about the stock he buys. My car is in almost new condition on a 2012 plate. Great price and service. It will be my first call should I want a car in the future. Can highly recommend.

I was looking to purchase a VW Polo for my daughter’s first car. After looking at several not so up to scratch ones with pushy sales people. We saw one at Hartley’s cars in Wigan. Phoned up and spoke to Mark. Mark gave me all the information I asked for over the phone, so we decided to go and have look. Mark is genuinely one of the nicest blokes I’ve met. No pushy sales, he let us look at the car at our leisure. The car was absolutely immaculate, which Mark had explained on the phone. After a test drive, we bought it there and then. What happens when things go wrong

Purchased a now for sale ford kuga, issues became apparent in the form of transmission malfunction, TPMS fault and oil in the coolant. Mark became difficult to deal with stating he’s not losing any more money on the car and only after legal threat eventually gave us some of our original payment back. Worth it to see the back of this car. Nice to see the cars for sale two days later indicating faults are unlikely to of been rectified which says a lot. Reviews only matter when issues arise as this shows the true nature of who you’re dealing with
