Don’t even bother. What a cowboy outfit… Promised they’d come, I called to confirm twice on the day, they assured me they worked late and would attend… but they did not attend.. they never came, no phone call, nothing. Waited in all day. Avoid at all costs very rude and patronising to women.

Waited in all day but no one turned up.
This cowboy outfit are timewasters.
I ended up at currys and got a much better deal.
Avoid at all costs as they let you down.

Excellent service, came out on the same day as the issue being reported (It was a Saturday as well!). Really friendly, efficient and great value for money.

We waiting in all day on a lovely Saturday to see grandchildren and get the problem fixed with the washing machine what’s the time waster didn’t turn up called him 3 times terrible service

Can’t recommend them enough. Reliable - turned up at short notice when they said they would. Knowledgeable- knew the issue with the washing machine straight away, organised - had the parts and fairly priced, no sense whatsoever of any opportunism. Highly recommend!

Just had a lovely man come out and fix my dishwasher in seconds after the months of people not being able to fix it. These guys clearly know what they're doing and want to fix it rather than get you buying something new. I called up yesterday and he came out this evening as I work during the day. Couldn't recommend more!
