Terrible pharmacist. I went in to speak to the pharmacist on Saturday feeling very unwell as I had been told they can see to you to relieve the doctor s .
I explained I had a chest infection which she said I haven’t been unwell for 10 days yet so take some strepsills for sore throat . I didn’t have a sore throat , she was unpleasant and her hygiene appearance needs to be approached with very greasy hair and mabe a visit to a dentist. I went elsewhere where I had a full examination . Was told I had an extremely bad chest infection which , I’m still trying to get over .

I feel compelled to share a recent and deeply unsettling experience at Lloyds Pharmacy in Hindhead (Churt Rd, Beacon Hill, GU26 6NL), which has left me with no choice but to express my dissatisfaction publicly.

On the 11th of January 2024, I visited the pharmacy to collect a prescription for antibiotics following a dentist's recommendation for a gum infection. To my shock, upon inspecting the medication at home, I discovered that the section containing the expiry date had been intentionally altered, leaving only "05/202" visible and the subsequent digits deliberately cut off.

This incident was particularly alarming given a previous unfortunate encounter where expired medicines were found on multiple occasions within this pharmacy. Despite raising concerns with the staff on those occasions, their responses were dismissive, with a casual apology offered and no evident commitment to addressing the issue.

In light of this history, when I received antibiotics without a visible expiry date, I chose not to use the medication, despite considerable pain from my gum infection. The following day, my wife visited the pharmacy to request a replacement pack with a clear expiry date. Unfortunately, the interaction with the staff was far from satisfactory. Two ladies present treated my wife with extreme rudeness and disrespect in front of other customers.

Despite acknowledging the absence of an expiry date on the previous pack, both staff members insisted that we use it. When my wife suggested exchanging it for a pack with a visible expiry date, they adamantly refused, asserting that no one would use the pack in question. This contradiction left us bewildered, prompting my wife to question the intentional alteration of the expiry date, to which the staff provided no satisfactory explanation.

Enclosed with this review is a photograph clearly depicting the tampered expiry date. In summary, my wife eventually managed to obtain another pack of antibiotics, but the distressing and disrespectful behaviour exhibited by the two staff members was deeply unsettling. She returned home visibly upset and distraught, even shedding tears.

Regrettably, our trust in Lloyds Pharmacy has been irreparably damaged, and we have decided not to patronise this establishment in the future. The suspicion that the pharmacy may be intentionally distributing expired medicines is deeply concerning.

I sincerely hope this review serves as a warning to others and prompts the necessary actions to address these serious concerns.

Worst experience at any pharmacy... They only gave us 1 out of the 4 items of my girlfriend's prescription (she's type 1 diabetic), didn't tell us any items were missing, we're now having to spend the night in A&E as she has no way of measuring her blood glucose levels, and is therefore at risk of hypo/hyperglycaemia. We're on holiday in Cornwall and the local boots can only give us the £100s worth of good if we either pay for it, or phone the pharmacy (this one) which haven't answered over 10 phone calls over 4 days. Absolute joke. I would understand a pizza shop not answering the phone but a pharmacy handing out life dependant prescription after messing them up.... Is not acceptable at all. Incredible disappointing.

The Beacon hill clinic saw me and my partner as walk ins today for"fit to fly" covid tests after another local Lloylds refused our prebooked tests with no notification due to short staff. I'm extremley grateful as they were clearly also very busy and I wanted to write a review to thank them. I think the issue here lies with the online booking system not correlating with the staff in the clinic.

After going in there this morning I’m recently moving to time I will definitely not be using this Pharmacy again I will find one in Haslemere even though it means I’d have to travel further
Needed some advice regarding Covid testing for my five year old and the knowledge and advice was non-existent
Seemed rude abrupt and unhelpful as well as stating on the front door regarding customers have to wear masks going inside I found it very unprofessional staff on the side were not

After being advised to go to the pharmacy for advice they had no knowledge and also did not seem to care to help
