I’m recently new to Mercedes ownership, so had expectations that my local Dealership sadly doesn’t deliver. Mercedes Hindhead provide the personal service and professionalism that I like and am prepared to travel for. My visits there have always been greeted with a nothing is too much trouble response from both Ryan Phillips and Matt Farley. Both are clearly prepared to go the extra mile, supremely customer focused and are true ambassadors for Sandown Mercedes and the Mercedes brand in general. I have a Service plan now after Matt recently spent time going through the options and now look forward to a long relationship with them in maintaining my vehicle.

The team at Mercedes Benz Hindhead are so efficient and nothing is is to much trouble, they do go the extra mile. Ryan Phillips has been a godsend, well organised and so helpful.
My car has been looked after by them for some 8 years and and hopefully more to come.

Excellent experience with Mercedes Hindhead yesterday who fitted a new airbag from a recall. Had tried taking my car to Marshall Mercedes Chichester for the service and had been completely messed around since the beginning of 2023 - however taking my car to Hindhead instead was the best decision I could’ve made! Swift, friendly service with a smile. They even found and gave me a spare key which had been lost behind the seat of my car, a nice touch. Highly highly recommend - thank you guys! 🙂

Extremely helpful. I turned up at about half an hour before closing , the staff were busy trying to return vehicles to owners, and Ryan still took the time to sort my problem out. I have since had a couple of services done there. Brilliant.

Bit difficuilt to find, using online maps. Twice I missed the place with waze and built in navigation. Anyway, thats just fine.

Visited there to lodge a complaint on Mercedes Me store and taking the service plan. Staff was super friendly. Addressed all my queries and did his best to resolve the issues.

An excellent service all round from collection to return at home.
In between times if I have a question or need help with the new technology the staff at Hindhead are more than willing to give advice willingly. Congratulations all round and well done.

Very disappointed with Mercedes after taking our car to be diagnosed with a clutch fault. We was told we would have to pay upfront for the part but could not give us a time scale when it would be fixed. How can you not give any time scale but take the customers money? Very poor service!

I took my car in this morning first thing as my Engine management light was on. The team were really busy but took the time to diagnose and fully explain to me the warning. The work didn’t need doing at this time but I cannot thank them enough for the care and customer service and when the work does need doing I will return. I would recommend this service centre to everyone! Thank you all so much 🙂
