I have never purchased from this company but the dealings I have had in regards to a fraudulent charge made buy a scammer using the company name have been fruitful. They did not have to provide the level of customer service to me that they did as I was not a customer. They provided information that I did not have that will assist with the investigation by my bank. As well, they provided to me what they were doing on their end to rectify the situation. I appreciate their assistance and level of customer service. I have never experienced such as superior level of customer service with many companies in the US but especially jewelry stores. I appreciate the staff that assisted and the quick responses to action. Much obliged,

Angela and team are the best jewellers - highly recommend! They have recreated a copy of my daughters favourite (cheap) necklace into fine jewellery for her 18th and its fantastic, couldn't be happier. Previously Angela has repaired the shoulders on my engagement ring and again it looked better than the original. Reasonable prices, great customer service - wouldn't go anywhere else.
