Very nice clothing shop for men, women and children. A bit pricey for a chain and very few items were made in the UK so check sizing as much as you can. We didn't buy but enjoyed a look around.

An excellent shop, very helpful staff and great quality clothes - fairly priced.

There are some reviews saying it’s not their style or too expensive, well… these people should just go else where!! Ridiculous how self centred some people are, thinking they are the centre of the universe! Jog on pal!

Anyway, back to my review: this shop is great, very accessible and all servers very helpful. The quality of the stuff they sell are excellent and all items I have bought from here have lasted for many many years. You get what you pay for! Highly recommended!

Wife's birthday so popped in so she could spend her 10% discount for her birthday.

Lovely store, encountered 3 members of staff. All excellent and friendly. We both said it doesn't cost anything to be polite and friendly. In this store they were excellent.

Was served by Helen and I can safely say I have never been talked to in such a fashion. She was rude and is clearly quite a nasty piece of work. I have vowed to never shop at Fat Face again and so have my friends. I was left really quite upset. The shop sells relaxed fit clothes of good quality in muted colours but sadly inaccessible to anyone who wants to have an enjoyable shopping experience.

An amazing shop. Yes I am biased as i love their clothes. Sizes and fit is always perfect. Slightly dearer than other shops however the quality and wear is outstanding!!!

On Monday afternoon popped into the shop with my boyfriend as its his fav brand and he always gets his stuff from them. Walked around, have spotted a few nice things we could get, however no communication or any help offers from the staff, considering it was very quiet in the shop. When we approached one of the staff members (olderly woman) about whether we could just put the shirt on the t shirt my boyfriend was wearing as we just want to see if it fits him, she responded rude way that we can't and no apology followed. Left disappointed, as we would certainly spend there good amount of money, however because of this woman, Business lost reliable customer in 10 minutes.

Love the clothes but one of the staff not to freindly . With my grankids in tow . Granted they where a bit boisterous but she was a bit snarly . Spoilt my visit.

Was treated with the upmost respect whilst shopping here the other day. I was helped by Leah who was really helpful and supportive. I would totally recommend this shop to a friend for their sheer great attitude towards the customers.
