I have been wearing clothes from the slow wardrobe for years! I can hardly stop wearing them. The tabards look great with leggings or pants and the tulip dresses work winter, spring summer and fall. Wear it alone in warm weather and layer it throughout the year.

I received my order this week and my white linen smock is lovely. It fits perfectly across the bust and while it’s a bit big under the arms one of Linda’s videos suggest how to modify it easily. However, the real treat are my gingham overalls! I corresponded with Linda about the size and she was right on. The fabric drapes beautifully, they are generous but also shapely around the torso. I wasn’t 100% sure I ‘needed’ them but oh my goodness they are gorgeous! Can’t recommend highly enough 🌻 RAS

A wonderful small business designing and making beautiful and comfy top-quality linen clothes here in England. They also have stunning wool for knitting, and more. Personal service with online ordering and the chance to visit by appointment if you want to try on and get advice from the talented and delightful owner/designer.

I bought some of the Fleegle Beaders to help with adding beads to my knitting. The purchase was very simple and they turned up within days of ordering, even with the Royal Mail delays due to Covid-19. I was very impressed! Unfortunately, one of the beaders was damaged and I let Linda know straight away. She was really very helpful and immediately sent out a replacement. Once again it arrived very quickly and I was able to start with the beading on a shawl! Linda was very professional and efficient and so very caring. She didn’t quibble and made sure a replacement was sent off to me. Also, she very kindly added a small gift of stitch markers with the replacement! I will definitely be recommending The Slow Wardrobe to me knitting and crochet friends. Thank you Linda!
