A few years ago I would have given the company a 5-star rating. For a few decades now I have used various Hilton Herbs products for my horses and dogs. The effect is subtle and takes a while to be noticed, but I have liked the company and recommended them to my clients. I understand that the pandemic has made the shipping and distribution more difficult particularly since England is in the grip of a new variant of the virus, but it does not explain the unreliable customer service. Since I ordered from Hilton Herbs USA, I thought that they have a distribution center in the States, which does not seem to be the case. I have contacted the company itself as well as their HelpBot Herbie. Herbie was of no help at all and I am waiting to hear back from the company itself.

I am changing my review to 4 stars and am inclined to go back to 5 stars, if Hilton Herbs could make a fairly simple change in regards to informing customers if/when an order has been shipped. As is often the case, my order arrived the day I wrote the negative review, giving 1 star initially. Since the status of my order was always "processing" which indicated to me that it had not been shipped, I had no way of knowing that it actually was out for delivery. I also received an email from a company representative 2 days later. In fact, the ordered items arrived in a timely fashion, but since I was so completely kept out of the loop and desperately needed one of the items, I ended up placing another order for the same item with Amazon, something I try to avoid whenever possible.
Since my review 3 years ago my experience with Hilton Herbs has been wonderful. Shipping time has greatly improved, but I also have not needed anything urgently and therefore could place orders before I ran out. The quality of herbs is as good as ever. My horses and dogs - not caring about stars - are giving them 5 paws and hooves -:)

Cush X - I have been using this product for about 2 years now on my Anglo Arab who is now 21. He was tested positive for Cushings a few years ago and kept getting lots of minor ailments due to the immune system not being 100%. I can honestly say that the has not looked this good for a long time, and I truly believe its due to feeding him Cush X. I would recommend this product to anyone looking to improve their horses condition due to Cushings, who like me, don't want to use medication.

I was desperate to get some cushx as my horse has improved in her health since she has been on it ,but was unable to get it form any other supplier, then I came across Hilton herbs website and low and behold they saved the day ,the receptionist was amazing (Lauren) really friendly and helpful ,will always get my cushx from them direct now such peace of mind ,oh forgot to say they are cheaper as well ,win win !!!!!!
