So worth the visit, coming from Carlisle, amazing ladies, who make you feel so comfortable and special, came away with 3 bras etc… NO hard sell this is what I went for… a whole new lingerie wardrobe…after loosing 6st, could have bought 2 more but they gave me info to think about it… or buy online… local shops not so good… this is the place to go ladies if they can fit me and make me feel good then they have worked miracles x x x

Gail is unbelievably helpful and kind. I went in asking about a type of bra she doesn’t even officially stock any more and walked out having had one fitted a short while later. Her experience and professionalism is amazing. Lovely range of beautiful underwear from the everyday to the special occasion, swimwear and nightwear.

Had a wonderful experience today at Petals. The assistant who served me (lady with short blonde hair) was so attentive bringing me a range of interesting pieces to try on.

Nothing was too much trouble, and she listened carefully to my requirements until I found the right item.

I left feeling pampered and uplifted with a lovely beach/summer dress to wear. 5* service.

Petals is a classic lingerie shop with an excellent range. Lots of luxury brands. The owner Gail is lovely and very knowledgeable. She's the best bra fitter and can rustle up everything from 'weekend away' to an everyday favourite. Petals is also a great place to get swimwear, cruiserwear and glam sleepwear.

I really wouldn't go anywhere else for me or my daughter, the service you get from the owner is amazing lovely lovely lady and if you have a shy 14yr old who really needs a fitting and a t-shirt bra this is the place really put my daughter at ease x
