It s a good store I like the Royal Mail Amazon etc counter open till late very handy. Someone complained about verbal abuse actually I saw that lady with a little brat that was misbehaving if u can t control your kid what did u expect. Owner just stood up for himself.

Very rude giving verbal abuse to me and other people in shop for no reason especially when I had a young child with me, definitely won’t be using my local shop which is walking distance for me.
I have attached a photo of him stay well clear if you have young kids as he loves to give verbal abuse

Honestly, this store is appalling. Though it's a convenience store it is also a sub post office (not sure how). The queues are bad, you often have people snaking around the aisles waiting to post or pay for items from the shop only for some people to go to the counter further up. It would seem there is one queue for the shop and one for the post office counter. This isn't marked out or displayed on a sign in the shop. Also there is only one member of staff working, how does that work? In all an inconvenient, convenience store.

It’s a convenience store so expect to pay a little extra for that convenience.

As far as convenience stores go the prices aren’t to bad and the stores has a decent selection of necessities.

It benefits from having a post office as well as an ATM which at the time of writing this, doesn’t have charges.

On my way out and popped in to buy a sandwich the use by date is June 2nd today is the 6th !. Not going to have time to stop anywhere else. THESE ARE BASIC DATE CHECKS DONE EVERY DAY !!!!!.

The younger staff member is really nice and is polite to his customers but one of the older ones that work in there is so rude and impolite to his customers never smiles and talks rudely to me he also refused to serve me tobacco even though I’m 18 and showed prove of age with a valid ID

embarrassingly bad customer service , first the staff either cannot or choose to not speak barley a word of english , never a please or thank you just a grubby hand held out for the money , the post office side of things is shocking ive had packages sent with the wrong postage on them several times because the worker doesnt know better , and however many people are queuing for the post office if theres a shop customer he runs off to serve them first as theres more profit to be had ...just a terrible service all round

absolutely banging shop bit overpriced but overall good boss man is a legend
