Rarely shop here, but when I do, I always say to myself, I should, more often. Never disappointed. The staff are uber efficient, ask a question, and they know the answer, taking to to exactly where you'll find whatever it is you need. Not overly keen on so many self-checkout tills and only one (as I could see), manned till, only because they're a bit different to others I'm used to.
Lovely selection of fresh foods. Despite being a relatively small store, their non-fresh items are excellent! Want avocado olive oil? Got it. Great selection of sourdough bread, too. See you soon, Waitrose! Sorry, ate before taking photos, was too good!

It is a very convenient location & nice to have a Waitrose in the area. Due to its size (little), they logically do not have everything, but enough to do a nice shop. Staff could be a bit more attentative to their customers (they often chat with a few together in an aisle, not consious that you are trying to pass or cant even say hello. Security person at door is more friendly, kudos!)

Food always good quality and apart from expensive meats or deli foods, it’s a myth that Waitrose are expensive. I find most staple items are equal or cheaper than Tesco or Sainsbury’s. Good selection too. Almost always find what we need and their ready meal curries, especially the new premium ones are better than many restaurants.

However, the removal of almost all checkouts has added to the removal of all that made Waitrose a place you really wanted to shop at.

The staff rarely interact or converse with anyone and it’s like the whole place has been stripped of any personality or atmosphere. OK so it’s just a good shop, but anyone can sell food. It’s the details that make the difference and Waitrose look to be selling out.

Products available are extremely limited, and it's never stocked properly. If you want processed slice meat, then this is your store!
Had to wait to be served at the kiosk, and while being served, the lady was just talking about her daughters car insurance to another worker through the headset, not the best customer service.

Waitrose - what have you done?
You have turned your store in Hampton into no more than an overpriced Co-op
Your website for the store still says it has a meat counter, please visit the store. The meat counter has gone!!
When we visited there was only one checkout and that was closed so everbody either has to go through the manned till for those who have a basket or the self-scanned tills for those who have a trolley
