About three years ago we tried fish and chips from here and vowed we'd never return. Friends recently told us it had improved so we thought we'd try again. Equally as horrendous as the first time, only tonight we literally had a small bit of cut off fish fried in batter - allegedly a Medium. Loads of warm rubbery chips if you like that sort of thing. The whole meal was "tired" and lacklustre. I can honestly say it was the worst fish and chips I have had. A total waste of £20.20.

Our go-to takeaway! I absolutely love the cod and chips here.

The quality of the food is sublime and the staff are always smiling and chatting with everyone. Definitely recommend to anyone nearby who fancies good quality fish and chips!

If I could do minus 1 star on customer service I would also...as u can see the chips looks as though they've been eaten and spat back out ...when complaining about it they tell u to go elsewhere they don't take criticism so maybe they would prefer me doing this ?

Lovely busy chippy. Staff rushed off their feet. Chips were delicious. Fish were a great size too. Prices you can not argue with at all
And very generous portions. Only problem we had is that our order was wrong. She had overheard extra meals and added them on. Making our bill larger than we thought. Didn’t realise until we got back to our caravan 10minutes drive away. We didn’t complain and just ate as much as we could. Having a family of 6 it’s not too hard

Everybody queued and I mean Everybody and there mothers (I'll be it nicely like that)
I'm here only for this weekend
I had fish cake with chips kids meal Which was enough but I also ordered a nugget on there own the blonde girl put it down as a meal. I won't be returning as they messed up on an order but the nuggets were nice and the people that run it are friendly. THERE IS NO NEED FOR THE DAMN QUEUING AND I'VE NEVER SEEN A CHIPPY RUN SO BADLY
AVOID THIS PLACE AVOID.
