Bought a buoyancy aid and it was delivered quickly.
It didn't fit, emailed in the evening and had a response the same evening.
Next day I had a phone call, very helpful and friendly.
Sent back buoyancy aid and got replaced with another model.
This was delivered 5 days early!

Excellent service. Speedy dispatch of goods from time of order and effective communication regarding order processing and delivery. Had to exchange one item due to us requiring a larger size, the process to return was easy and refund was issued quickly and again with effective communication. Ordered some kit last week - best prices I've seen around for what I've been looking for, so there's that to start with.

Everything came promptly and well packaged. The wetsuit boots I ordered were too big so I had to go down a size. Not an issue for these guys, I emailed to make sure we could organise a return - they were swift in replying, and very helpful.

As it would happen, my wife was close by their premises today and popped in to see if they could sort the exchange there and then. Again, so helpful and friendly.

I'm glad I stumbled across your website guys, keep doing what you're doing. Next time I need any gear, you'll be my first port of call.
