Dreadful company - signed up two mobiles for sim only deals - offered me 4 dongles that are apparently free- when cancelling contracts with them there is a £1523.20 charge for all items for early cancellation. Phones are sim only. Requested copies of calls twice now and not received them

My mate Phil Maine lost his phone, plus at the same time his contract ran out. After contacting Onecom/Vodaphone team the new sim card was soon sent out. Karl Davies.. sales operative.. was fantastic an soon sorted Phil out with a brilliant deal on his new contract. I am over the moon with the deal Karl Davies has managed to get me sorted out. I am 75 years old with poor hearing and a speech difficulty and Karl treated me with patience and respect. They don’t send me SIM card try 2 times call them bad reception or no reception later and then ESIM send me again poor reception try cancel contact.. last couple days ago been no signal for 3 days don’t waste your time with these scums bags ..

Five stars given when five stars is earned - just had a mare of a time which at this time is not what you need and then got to speak to Mr Karl Davies - he was informative and extremely helpful from the first point of contact to the very last - A good asset to any company. He actually brightened up my day and cheered me up no end so THANK YOU KARL
