Abysmal customer service. I encountered significant difficulty with a simple return, a process that was easily handled by another Argos nearby. The manager, 'Kate', and trainee assistant, 'Ben' or 'Chris' demonstrated a lack of professionalism and competence that would likely disqualify them from even entry-level positions at most fast-food establishments. Their customer service skills are severely lacking. It's no surprise that consumers are increasingly turning to Amazon, where they can expect a far superior shopping and returns experience. This Guiseley store exemplifies the worst aspects of retail – simply moving boxes with no regard for customer satisfaction. I will never shop at Argos again.

My partner visited Argos around 1pm today to see if this Argos branch had the Vax Vacume cleaner she wanted. Emily the Argos assistant inside this Argos store was very helpful,she sorted out the order and when it arrived down the slop ready for us to pick up we noticed a small tear in the box. Emily was very quick to change the item just in case some part of the Vacume inside might have had been damaged or not.
Emily was very polite and very helpful towards us as customers during the purchase of the item bought from Argos. I don't usually leave reviews,but on this occasion I felt it necessary to leave this review on how polite and courteous Emily was towards us the customer,and hope that those at the top take note that this person gets the recognition she deserves. Well done Emily you have made another Argos customer very happy!

still disgusted at argos .we bought two sofas not long ago and we tried to return them and argos said we couldn't as they were used we had to sit on them to try them .argos had a sign up in there shop if your not happy with goods return them in 30 days even if you just change your mind which we did argos did not honour what they said in writing .they tried to put me on to there homeserve team no joy there .only had goods 2 and half months still under guarantee .argos still won't refund my £460.00 pounds .they haven't even offered any solution just kept the money disgusting way to treat customers .

Called in with a friend to return or exchange a large item . Disabled car park next door at carpetright and then we went straight into Argos with the product . I was a bit worried because the product had been bought in a different Argos . But within 5 minutes a member of staff had examined the product and recognised it was faulty . Within another 5 minutes we had a new one with all the parts in .
Maybe it was a bit quiet today but I couldn’t fault the service. Main door opens wide and all floor is flat and level . 10 minutes more or less in and out .

Wed pm 13th November and Friday am 15th November 2019. We were delighted to have access to the ee outlet in this store. We had several problems and queries re our current phones and were unable to use them The gentleman at the ee desk took time to explain everything to us very patiently. Then he sorted everything out for us and also gave advice and information. We will definitely return when requiring any new phones or broadband and most definitely recommend him to others for his knowledge and help. Thank you.
PS whilst in the ee part of the Argos showroom I saw and bought an item & will be returning to buy a second item I noticed there.

Terrible service at Guiseley . Let us in the store 10 mins before closure. Ordered the goods then had to wait 25 mins to pay. Loads of staff there who ignored us whilst we queued behind someone ordering white goods and sorting delivery etc . Why couldn't someone else serve us? No apologies whilst we waited
