If you would like to get cheap small stuff it's okay but do not recommend buying anything expensive. We've been a loyal customers but we felt scammed lately. I understand that buying UNTESTED things is risky so we've already thrown out a few things and never complained. We bought something expensive lately and branded as NEW but the thing wasn't working so we came back the next day. Sadly the management of this place didn't want to do anything about it. The staff at the shop is lovely. It's just wrong to sell faulty things branded as new and don't care about your clients. It's not always a bargain... sometimes it's just throwing money in the bin.

Aladdin's Cave.
Finding what you want is slow .
You have to pick up every item to read whats in the box.
Spent about 30£. (Should have been C.£100 or so.).
All kinds of everything ,--if you can find it.
Worth a spare hour.
Staff very helpful and pleasant.

Loved popping in there today. Got loads of bargains in the craft section. Lot better since it has been tidied up and kept tidy. Excellant venue to bargains to use or give to friends and family

Really disappointing to learn that trade outlet is going cashless next week,Please rethink your stand on the situation, maybe trade outlet does not realise that cash is ? King! ?
The people of uk are working hard to keep cash flowing and and are opposing a cashless service at every level. If trade outlet is supporting the system to go cashless then they have lost my custom, I will not support a business that does not support cash.

The building is white cane accessible and the products are reasonably priced. I would recommend a visit as you could find some really good bargains here.

I go quite often to all the trade outlet stores in the area. it is a store with very good products, some of them with up to 99% reduced in my opinion. to specify that you must be very cautious when buying. some of the products are not tested or verified. In general, I was attentive and very satisfied with the products, starting from small things, such as a toothbrush or a phone case, to household appliances. a very big like for this chain of stores. ?

Cashless businesses such as this one will not be getting my custom. Why should we be dictated to as to how we pay? The customer should have a choice whether to pay by cash or card.
We want to keep cash flowing. CASH IS KING!!!!

Disappointing visit, would not buy electrical items bought 2 items a kettle and shredder both were broken and didn’t work. I know the boxes say untested but paying up to 1/3 retail price for useless items isn’t a saving. £20 spent for things now going to the dump.lesson learned?
