11 weeks ago dropped some shirts off to be embroidered, after weeks of excuses and being messed about I’ve managed to catch Scott at the shop. I have the tops back job not even attempted to be completed. Avoid

I bought a school cardigan and within days the seam on the arm came undone. I took it back initially for repair but wad told it couldn't be done there and they would rpl it. She then said it would be thrown away as no good to anyone else as it had been personalised. I said I would take it back and pay to get it repaired myself. I msg after nearly two weeks to check on my rpl but no reply. I called 2 days later to be told I shouldn't have been told I could have a rpl and there was nothing he could do. Not happy

Been waiting over 2 months for a replacement fleece for my little girls p.e kit. Just keep getting fobbed off and messages ignored. Customer service is shocking!!
Avoid at all costs it isn't worth it. Just wasting your money when a business can't provide the service they claim to have. I won't return again and have let school know and the parents too.

A long standing local business. Many parents rely solely on them for logos for school uniform and they do not disappoint! Superb service and incredible turnaround on clothing. They go above and beyond for what is an essential service for every school term!
