I believe the shop has paired up with ‘Nisa’ and ‘Co-Op’ and have been for quite a while now. The place is generally well stocked, but prices can be expensive on certain products, the place isn’t clean but it isn’t dirty at the same time somewhere in the middle, feels run down and not maintained well enough. The staff are very friendly and get through customers quickly however at peak times queues can be long.

Best convenience store for any products you want bank machine and post office with great helpful staff with excellent service and disabled access. I recommend this store to anyone with most of what you need 5 stars ⭐ excellent service and excellent staff service and excellent value for money.

Great and friendly service. Shop has alot going for it. Shelves are full of essential foods and treats, chilled and frozen foods and alcohol. There is also a post office inside. The staff here are amazing, friendly, quick and knowledgeable.

Why say you open at 7.30 when you are never open at that time? Its a shame as the staff are all very nice but this is definitely not very convenient for a convenient store!!!

Friendly staff and a superb local shop which has just about everything. Grocery, sweets, snacks, toiletries, tobacco, lottery, baby food, nappies, in fact I've yet to call in and walk out without buying whatever it was in went in for. Another bonus here is that as well as regular offers the prices charged are very reasonable and always lower than prices expected at a local convenience store. Serves Athersley South but is also popular with customers in surrounding areas. Don't be put off by it being a convenience store and give this shop a try next time you run short of something. I'm confident you'll soon become a regular customer.
