Went here for lunch with my dad and Suki (dog friendly ++) and had a pasty, side salad and chips with a yummy coffee, finished off with a minced pie and cream. Definitely recommend ?

Great cafe in this Exmoor town. Earn a Gingerbread man by eating their mega- breakfast! Cappuccinos look like Lattes but there is a difference! Very welcoming staff too!

This is a lovely little cafe/tea room, with home made cakes and pastries, right in the heart of the town. Friendly staff too, what more could you want?

Only went to the bakery for rolls but my goodness I will be back.
On top of the warm friendly welcome the rolls are top notch I've never seen rolls that look a little like scones dusted with flour and oh wow how delicious they are sadly I'm on holiday and won't be back until next April but will be stopping off for sure.
So pleased I bought a selection for my packed lunch tomorrow sad to be going home.

We're frequent customers, (well we were, but as moved to Plymouth). Every time we come back to Torrington we pop in for one of their wonderfully priced take away large breakfasts. Always wonderfully cooked and the staff are always very friendly. I would definitely recommend.

Best pasties in town, simple is always best and amazing value for money. We’re so lucky to have such a lovely independent bakery in our hometown, welcoming so many locals and visitors. Thanks for many childhood memories of all your wonderful treats. How many other towns in the UK can say their grandparents and great grandparents shopped in the same places as I do now. Please don’t ever stop!

They don't have a coffee machine, instant coffee is made in the back and brought to you without even mentioning it's not real coffee.
You can't trick people like this, we can tell the difference between real coffee and instant one.
Fried bread was drowning in oil, as well as the tomatoes, even the bacon had 1 spoon of oil still in there. I've thrown the food to the bin because there is no way you can eat that much oil without getting sick.
The only good thing in there is the peanut butter cups.

Cheap for a reason. First of all, I'd like to say their tarts are good, but we had to throw away the breakfast, sandwich and coffee... The coffee appeared to be made with instant powder, the sandwich was swimming in mayo and the breakfast was way too oily.
