Really dissatisfied with the owners attitude and lack of help with a bag bought 2 months ago. Zip not working, rang the shop and told to come in when I could as was in Spain! £65 bag, lady in shop helpful, but her hands tied as the owner in a phone call said no to an exchange or credit note. No help at all. Have shopped here for 20 years, but will not be going back. Owner was wrong about consumer rights too! Bag not fit for purpose! Hugely disappointing attitude, just lost herself a mountain of custom!

Despite nice clothes and bags, the customer service is appalling! Been shopping in here since the boutique opened. The owner was rude, obnoxious and extremely curt when I tried to return a faulty bag, bought as a gift for me. The zip had jammed from the first use ! Item was not “fit for purpose” so an expensive waste of £65. Will not go back, furthermore my family and friends whom also have supported these boutiques for many years, will refrain from returning too!

Always good friendly service. My go to place for clothes, bags both for myself and others since 2014.

I will never forget how one of the ladies offered to give me her own redundant bag for my wedding because I was desperately asking for advice in order to find certain style & colour. She totally did not have to do this ❤ Thank you!

What a find! Love this place, a must to visit when in Wendover! Gorgeous one off clothing with individual style, set up as tempting as a sweetshop in an array of colours! Always a warm welcome too, I'm addicted 😉 xx
