Rang up to confirm if I could be seen and was informed that it would be fine, only to turn up and be turned away, not in the most friendly way, and informed that I would have to book a slot in a few days time as my issue would take a while to repair. Went down the road to have the issue fixed in 10 minutes

Darren and his team are the best garage in the neighbourhood. I’ve been bringing my cars to Crossroads garage for over 12 years now. They always look after me with fantastic service, no problem is to too small, they are now looking after my sons and daughter cars too! A great family business, highly recommended!

A fantastic find as we were simply driving by. My son got his first car from here and even with a few niggles (which were sorted without question or hesitation) they have supported the purchase. Definitely worth a look for a first car or maintenance work. So glad we were driving past that day

We bought an Astra from crossroads in early January and aside from a couple of very minor issues which the garage have gone out of their way to rectify we are very happy with the car. I have found Louise and Darren approachable and helpful and have no reservations recommending them. Marcus in the workshop is fab too and has been great to deal with. Wow, what a fantastic car dealer. Such a friendly, calm, can do attitude of all the staff, that totally relies on repeat business rather than the turn over of cars. I thoroughly recommend that you visit and buy a vehicle from these guys. The staff are friendly, helpful and fair. The car I bought was for my sons birthday and I took the CRG team on the journey of handing over the keys to him so they could see what they do, so well, and how that changes lives of others. Can not say enough about them and I will be back to them for another car when the time comes. 5 stars is just not enough

Bought a car from this place. At first everyone was really kind and helpful. Then the day after, I checked the coolant and oil tanks, both were almost depleted. We agreed that I’d take it up and they’d do a full engine rebuild, so I took it up and they provided us with a courtesy car. That courtesy car then broke down on us as we were driving home and it had the same issue as my car did. We managed to take the courtesy car back and they provided us with a different car (a car that they’re selling for part exchange to clear). We agreed that they would deliver my car back on Saturday, that never came about, then Monday (today) they said they’d bring it down. It got to 3pm when I called them and asked what was going on to then be met with a person who has the worst customer service skills by talking over me, raising his voice and being very disrespectful. I drove up the courtesy car and collected my car as this was easier than them delivering it (which they promised). Would 100% not recommend going to this garage as you’d be better spending your money on a different car at a different place.

I had what I thought was a nasty transmission issue, large rattling that I could not pin down. Just what I needed, another large bill! My car is used for my daily commute and Crossroads managed to get me in the next day, hopefully being able to have a look in the afternoon and at least at least diagnose the issue. So unknown fault, large bill looming, call late afternoon- heat shield broken away, very small bill for welding and collected that evening. First class service, highly recommended. Thanks.
