Service and support has been exceptional from memsec team. The easy to use tills/software has simplified and catered for my complex business .

We have two tills. One for our cafe side and one for our American pool side which registers staff logins , memberships , pool table lights and features much more.

I have used tills from Active Workspace/Memsec for five years. Throughout that time they have been a great partner, very flexible and knowledgeable. In terms of flexibility I rent a second till from them when my pub gets busy during the summer and Christmas periods. In terms of knowledge and helpfulness I’d like to make a special comment on their support team who are always polite and able to provide solutions which they are as equally happy doing for you or talking you through it.

Would 100% recommend for any business across the hospitality and snooker clubs this system. speedy service. couldn't help any more then they did. Very professional and accommodating to our needs. nothing has been to much to ask. Been using Memsec EPoS system for a good few years now at the cricket club are really happy with the service provided by Active Workspace. Our membership database is held on the system and the loyalty scheme works great for our member pricing. The reporting system is easy to use and provides all the management information we need to manage the business. Would highly recommend this software over other Epos system we have used in the past.

Myself, my brother and a friend have recently opened a sports, pool & darts bar. We went with MemSec for our till system and were over the moon we did. Fantastic system along with installation and service, couldn’t recommend these guys highly enough.
