Rude staff always body shaming. The staff will only be kind to you if you are Pakistani and are rude staff and expect you to buy something from the shop after they have been rude to you. The staff snarl at you while talking to the other stuff making it obvious that they are talking about you. They also shout at the kids for no reason and expect us to buy it and not leave the shop unless we buy something. I would give this 0 stars but I can’t do I give this a 1. I don’t recommend this store.

Went in to this place today, tried on a dress and it tore. The dress was gorgeous but the fabric was cheap as it split from the stitching and was tissue paper thin. I told the lady, and I was very shocked as she asked for full payment for the whole suit even though it was just the top had a slight tear. It was easily adjustable. But quite a greedy sales tactic to get rid of cheap tat.

It tore whilst trying on imagine when actually wearing it!!! I would be wary of shopping here, poor quality. I’m not the type of person that would argue over money, so I paid the lady and left. But honestly shocked I work In sales too and know that this is just not the right way to deal with this type of issue. Disappointed is a understatement

The most rude staff I've seen working in a shop. As another review said, unless you're Pakistani she won't be bothered about your interests as a customer. Quality of clothes are not worth the price and I recommend the surrounding shops much more. Save your money, spend elsewhere.

The material area or this shop has an incredibly rude, unhelpful woman working there. It proves to be hugely unhelpful to have someone who is incapacitated to work in a material shop. Her behaviour was appalling. We have been to several shops in that area for over two decades and we have not received such bad and rude service before.

She will in no way shape or form benefit your business unless like her you are Pakistani.

Appalling to say the least, which is a shame because your shop itself is good.
