Excellent team! excellent service! They went the extra mile. Living off grid, on a remote Scottish island in the Inner Hebrides with no roads, no shops, no jetty, no mains electricity or anything much at all. We needed to obtain a replacement hot water cylinder. We did have a back-up in our shed, but now it's had to be installed, so it's important to us to have a replacement ready for the next time. These things often happen in winter months don't they? We don't get to the mainland in the six months of winter. BUT Golita helped us out, not only did they managed to obtain the correct Cylinder they packed it up with extra care and delivered it to Arisaig for on going delivery by sea to the island where we rowed it ashore in a small dinghy and carried it up over the rocks to the house.... Really comforting to know Gollita are so helpful and understanding. Highly recommended by 'us'. Thank you. God bless them.

Can not recommend enough - I rang in the morning asking about a product on the website, it was in stock - I drove from Windermere to collect a boiler that no one in Kendal could get for 48 hours. The chaps I dealt with could not have been more helpful. Polite, knowledgable and welcoming. Will use again and recommend to anyone who is having issues getting parts. Overall a fantastic experience.
