Click and collect team are useless. Book a time slot, never ready, even though you get a text to say ready.

Complaining gets you know where. So will switch shops going forward.

Very BIG store! Two floors: ground floor has a fab range of food products from nessesities to specialist. A reasonable range of Vegan products scattered throughout the store. Produce looks fresh with a good variety - although this differs depending on the time of day. Also an aisle or two of seasonal products, cars and toys. Second floor: accessible by escalator or lift with small clothing section, cafe, beauty, restrooms, home accessories, home appliances, baby items and small items of tech towards the back. Good sized car park, store is at the back end of Greyhound Retail Park and Real easy to find. Also has cash points, trolleys are £1 returnable 🙂

Don't purchase Roblox from here! Code didn't work so brought it back with receipt the very next day and straight away I got the impression I wasn't the first one with this problem and all they said was it's a third party problem and nothing to do with them ( although happy to sell them) now have a very upset autistic child.
There really needs to be a minus star button for this place

Asda.greyhound est.chester.ongoing dispute re cathy biggs false accusations! Refuses to explain, because there isnt an explanation! Also..lies from security staff..poor PR? Head office ignore my letters ! Wonder why not many serious complaints on here !! Asda customer service is a disgrace ! I have requested a meeting!! Ignored !! Why ?

I have been coming here most mornings now for the best part of a year. I like to pick up some drinks on the 3 for 2. At least 2 out of the 5 mornings that I have come in over the past 6-8 weeks , I've walked straight back out again because the shelves are empty. Time to make somewhere else my daily routine.

This afternoon I went to pick up my parcel that I ordered online. Unfortunately there was a customer who accidentally took my parcel. The staff and manager with short red hair (didn’t get her name) were so helpful and tried to get hold of my parcel from the lady. In the evening Amy (one of the staff) even dropped the parcel to my house on her way home after her shift. Thank you sooooooo much for all your help and efforts. Pls recognize their hard work for the branch. They are amazing!
