Took my iPhone down here recently to get it unlocked. I had added a passcode and accidentally miss-typed and ended up locking and disabling the phone. The guy in the shop seemed really genuine and he said no problem he could unlock it for £15. We left the phone with him and around half an hour later got a phone call.... so apparently he couldn’t fix it because my charging port was broken so he could not transfer data between my phone and his computer and this would be an extra £35 to fix. I knew immediately that this was a lie as I had the phone plugged in to the laptop earlier that day. We said that we would leave it, and went to pick up the phone straight away. Took the phone home and did a bit of research, managed to connect it to my laptop no problem via the charging port and reset it myself. There was absolutely no issue with the charging port, he was just trying to get an extra £35 quid out of me. Definitely avoid this shop!

Had an issue with a new Samsung Galaxy J4 Plus I jammed my sim card in and couldn't get it out. I went in on Friday said they would have to send it away to get it fixed. Picked it up on Monday only cost £35. I was really impressed with them and found them friendly and very helpful. Don't understand the negative reviews here I would happily recommend them to anyone

3pm Saturday afternoon in Great Harwood, terminal I phone 6 battery, took phone into shop, installed new battery within the hour, reasonable prices fantastic service. Who would have thought we could get service like this in a small town like Great Harwood. What a Gem!

Bought a phone for my fiancé for Christmas and the battery was faulty so we took it here and he fixed it for £45 which is amazing! So polite and would definitely recommend to everyone!

i took my phone hear 2 times took them 2 weeks to fix my charger port and they blow my speaker on the phone to so i had to wait another 4 days

They sell incredibly dated electronics and price them as if they came out today I swear this place sells drugs in the shop itself right shady this place
