Great Service at BMW Bedford
I had a great experience purchasing my BMW 3 Series from BMW Bedford. Marsha, the sales advisor, was fantastic—professional, attentive, and always ready to help.

Although there were minor hiccups, the team resolved them promptly, ensuring a smooth overall experience. Marsha and Kye (Sales Manager) kept me updated throughout.

Terrible experience. I took my car in for it's MOT at 8.30am (allocated time slot at 9am), on the providing that the issue with my squeaking brakes would also be rectified.

The brakes had been fitted by BMW around 1 year ago (previous visit they said was no squeaking and quite evidently was just that they didn't want to do work).

The MOT was done after 2 hours wait, then got told I'd have to rebook to get brakes looked at
After a difficult discussion, they agreed to look at the brakes and just clean them. However said I could have to wait up to 2pm for this to be completed.
5 and half hours for a MOT and a brake check is shocking!!

The car was washed but I think my 4 year old daughter could have done a better job, so I politely asked them to do it again. It was 'washed' again but it was like they've used dirty water?!

When the work was completed, I was then told that my rear brakes are causing the noise now. And that they've cleaned the front but the squeaking noise from front may come back?
Completely reluctant to replace parts under warranty what I'd consider as faulty.
I was told I need to brake harder. I've had lots of cars in the past and never had this issue!!

Overall a pretty terrible service considering I had a allocated time slot and asked numerous times to different people to sort the issue with my brakes they fitted.

Staff were nice and friendly, however expecting someone to wait 5 and half hours for a MOT and to look at the problem with the brakes BMW fitted is unacceptable.

I've thought about upgrading my BMW to a newer model, but if this is the type of service you receive from main dealerships then il probably look to another manufacturer.
