I love my stubble an Co bag and I have had it for about 10 months. Sadly the zipper broke. I contacted customer support and the lovely Maddison replied within about 15 minutes. She was so attentive and responsive and they have decided to replace my bag. It was all taken care of in about 4 emails. Wonderful customer experience.

I love much the backpacks from Stubble & Co. Great quality with considerations for the recycling and reusing material, durability, practicality and aesthetics. Their customer relations are highly impressive and their team responds fast and are extremely helpful. I will definitely buy more from them in the future, and wish more businesses with strong ethics and respect for people and nature like theirs will emerge in our future economies.

The best bags out there - FACT! Also their customer service is incredible, I had a zip malfunction and my bags were replaced and sent out the next day. Special shout out to Jemma who was super helpful 🙂

Great backpacks! Original designs and good materials, you can tell it has a good attention to every detail and are well done. I have a big one for trekking and a small one for everyday use, both of them are very good.

Hands down the best bags I have ever used. Weekender does what it says on the tin, super stylish. Roll top has loads of space and is comforts for the commute and when cycling. Highly recommend.

I’m really disappointed with the durability of my bag. After only 2.5 years of using it to carry my laptop for my daily commute, the handle ripped. This is far from the sturdy and resistant product that was marketed.

The design and details of the bag are great, but the poor durability is a major letdown. When I reached out to the company for a repair or replacement, they declined because I was six months out of their two-year warranty period. All they offered was a 30% discount on a new bag.
