Absolutely amazing experience with this company! Paul was so informative and helpful with prices amd dates etc and Mark and another guy our fitters were amazing. Made sure I knew what was going on. Carpets look amazing and have made our new house a home! Would 100% recommend. 🙂

Paul and Danny were great from the off. Very knowledgeable & approachable and very helpful with the co-ordination required for the job. The fitters also did an amazing job. I am so impressed with Carpets 4 Less. Paul has gone above and beyond to make things cost effective for me with a real good quality carpet at such a reasonable price. Not only did he ensure that the carpets were a good price and exactly what I needed, he also managed to move my delivery forward a whole week meaning I could get my bedrooms finished in the timeframe I was hoping to. Would highly recommend! Such a helpful team and they have a solution for everything. Thanks so much guys!

I am writing to express my extreme disappointment and disgust with the racist and abhorrent customer service I experienced at carpet4less. The treatment I received was utterly unacceptable and a shameful reflection on the company.
From the moment I encountered their representatives, I was met with blatant prejudice and disrespect. Their behavior was not only unprofessional but also deeply offensive. I was shocked and appalled by the level of racism displayed, and I am appalled that such a company continues to operate.
I urge anyone considering doing business with carpet4less to reconsider. Their actions are a disgrace to the industry and a stain on their reputation.

Fantastic customer service.

After having a poor customer service experience at a national carpet company, me and my partner decided to visit Carpets4Less.

As soon as we arrived, we were greeted by Paul who has keen to show us what laminate flooring they had in stock. We spent a lot of time going over in detail the different options of laminate, underlay and scotia. We were given a price but decided to have a think and sleep on it.
We went back the next day and Paul was very helpful with answering any further questions we had. We have ended up with a better quality laminate and underlay than the national company had offered.

The team at Carpets4Less gave us an excellent personalised service to rival any of the national companies. I would definitely use them again.

Been in today to get some carpets for multiple rooms in a property to sell and spoke to Danny and he was spot on, he understood my requirements and helped me out in a very professional and polite manor, this is my first visit to these as my sister recommended them and I will definitely be going back to them when I need carpet/lino for my new property. They have saved me an amazing amount in comparison to a previous quote.

Very rarely leave a review, but the experience we received made me want to leave one. Paul was so helpful in regards to helping us through the large selection they have, also offering his knowledge within the products they sell. I did not feel pressured for a sale which cannot be said for the high street competitors which we had visited beforehand. The friendly attitude and enthusiasm that Paul showed means we will be recommending at returning to carpets4Less in the future!
