We turned up. Staff member said that she had a 15 minute break. Said fine. Returned 15 minutes later. Another couple turned up in front of us. Despite the other customer agreeing that we were there. The customer pretended that she didn’t see us. Seem like the staff working have a bias towards customers of a certain colour. After wasting an hour of our life’s that we’ll never get back, we decided to take our custom elsewhere.

Arrived at 4.30pm, another customer was already in there. They didn't leave until 4.55pm. However the lady working Egla still decided to see me as I had been waiting. She was supposed to finish shift at 5pm but didn't get out until 5.30pm. Very kind of her to work beyond her hours. Was also very kind, and had a lovely conversation. Thank you!

Don't waste your time took 4 bags of clothes and stood outside waiting for 10 minutes as there was another customer in there. The lady inside then comes out and says that she is now going on a break for 20 minutes. There was another lady waiting behind me and she drove away too. Waste of my time and fuel took to the charity shop instead.

Well you can get rid of unwanted clothes here but you'll get nothing for them and very fussy about any absolutely any mark on them. I just got £18 for basically a lifes worth of clothes and bed linen so if you have a charity I'd rather give to them .
