There is definitely a problem with the staff who are trying to assert themselves at the expense of the customer! 19.11.24 I came to the store, approaching the checkout I noticed that one person was directly scanning purchases and in the distance near the last checkout there was a young man with headphones. He was literally so far away that I stood in front of him and gestured for him to stand in front of me, he ignored me. The next second, a store employee comes up and in a form of passive aggression begins to point out that I can’t stand there because that guy was a first. I answered, “It's okay, no problem,” to which she rudely sarcastically tells me “Oh no, it wasn’t you who said that it was okay, but it will be like this anyway because he’s the first one here.” Let me remind you, this guy was wearing headphones and he didn’t give a 100% don't care when the checkout became free. I gestured twice more and he went ahead. But the situation is that they were rude to me and ruined my mood! It is unacceptable to behave like this, it’s derogatory

I am 22 years old and they didn't ask for an id for the scratch cards I got before, tonight they asked for an id but that is not the problem, I mean the problem is not that they asked for an id from me before, the problem is the same person before and they didn't ask for an id from me. If I was a minor this time they would be considered to have committed a crime. The employee who always gives me the scratch cards witnessed this and said yes, bring your id. If its like this why he is give to me cards every single time without id?Well, if an employee who has been giving me scratch cards for 6 months suspects that I am a minor, isn't he committing a crime by not asking for an id from me for 6 months? This team's behavior is insufficient for me to treat them as a respectful customer. And they move so slowly and sluggishly that even if there is a line behind, they call the personnel who are supposed to work at the other colleges after a long time. They do this very slowly even when they scan a single ingredient into the machine. Nobody wants them to work super fast, but they are much slower than they should be.

Can the management please fit self check outs as the staff here are so slow and there's large queues every day. It's ridiculous

Used to be a full supermarket, but now the store has been drastically downsized to an express style store since the Tesco store opened up at the end of the town. So fine for top-up shops and on the way home purchases. Has bizarre welcome signage!

Great little high street shop, has all the essentials and often a few gems and bargains.

Always clean and tidy.

Staff are generally OK, the problem is they sometimes get a little power mad, like I have seen them shout at customers for not queuing the way they want, also have seen heard them talking about customers openly in a snide way. This is not all the staff as some of them are just lovely and are really helpful going above and beyond to make you feel happy

A decent Coop store with ample car parking, at the heart of Sandy. Customers get free 2 hours car parking. This store has pretty much everything from fruits, vegetables, butter, etc to household items, candle lights, etc. Most of the time there are some deals going on, so watch out for deals ? I recommend Coop for your shopping needs.?

Great shop. Never out of stock of your favourite items. Good discounts and reductions. Really friendly and welcoming staff, they greet my son by name. Always places to park. I shop there almost every day.
