Really good outdoor shop, currently having a closing down sale which, sort-of isn't a closing down sale. They are only 'closing down' for a few days to refurbish and re-jig the store.

That said, they are working to clear stock before that happens and there is a 30% off offer running. They already give a good member's discount if you pay for one of their cards.

If you are looking for pretty much anything outdoor kit & clothing related it is always worth calling in here.

Great one stop shop for anything camping, caravan, BBQ, festival goers, hiking and fishing. All you would need or could want is here. £5 annual fee, for a loyalty card, gets you a discount. It's a UPS parcel return facility too. Not too many staff about, should you want info or help, also their attire makes them difficult to spot in such a large store. Yes it's cheaper and perhaps better quality elsewhere, however what you're paying for here is convenience. Parking is limited 2hrs so your CAR needs to be out the car park before 2hrs is up, otherwise there's a fine of £100 for over 2hrs. Other than that, Great.

Very expensive prices. Inside of store not particularly nice looking. The Bedford store is currently misleadingly advertising that the store is closing down but its only refitting. The only benefit go outdoors offers is a wide variety and choice of products all in one place. Suggest use it for product research and then try to purchase elsewhere at less expense

Don't stay more than 120 minutes or you'll be fined £60 or £100 depending on when you pay it. A nice reward for spending lots of money in there. Disgusted.

£60 fine if you park for more than 2 hrs. we got carried away with the closing down sale and over did it. I had thought it was just there to prevent overnight parking! easy answer, do not shop there.

Just bought 2 inflatable chairs for our boating holiday. Wasn't one on show so a very nice employee inflated one for us to try...SOLD!! Always good prices, even better if you have a membership. £5 for the year. Everything you need for outdoor pursuits. Great place!
