I can't complement this business enough. We have placed two furniture orders with them now and every member of staff has been excellent! Even if they didn't know much about the specialist items we were interested in, they found a colleague who did and kept us informed every step of the way about our order. They even managed to contact the manufacturer to obtain a fabric that had been discontinued. Particular thanks to Mark who was knowledgable, professional and friendly. Wouldn't go anywhere else for our furniture. Thank you!

We recently ordered a set of customise furniture and carpet for our small size bedroom. It has been done in two days, the bedroom looks great and much bigger than it used to be. The service is awesome, always helpful and good to talk to. Problem solving is really smooth and everybody that works on it is doing a great job. So glad that we chose Hatters and will definitely recommend to others.

Forget your Retail Park furniture outlet stores, this place is absolutely superb. They give that great old fashioned level of service and have the best selection of sofas and furniture in the area. Helpful and dedicated staff who leave you in peace to make those all important decisions on big ticket items.

The customer service that we have received from Hatters, Carpet and Flooring department has been excellent. We had an issue with a carpet, which was a manufacturing fault, and following inspection, a replacement was organised promptly by Mike. A seamless and excellent service. We couldn’t recommend this department more highly.

One of the only traditional furnature shopping places left in Bedford. Plenty of choice, large showroom well laid out. Helpful staff. Some things are more expensive, but this reflects the quality. Parking easy and conveniently not to far from town centre.

Spent a lot of time at Hatters recently purchasing suite, carpets and mattresses. They are so professional, knowledgeable and friendly. Do not consider going anywhere else. Our home is , once recent orders arrive, now completely Hatterised. Good old fashioned service which I heartily approve of. Expensive? You get what you pay for and that is top quality products that will last for years and not need replacing before any interest free deals are paid off!

Large store stocking quality expensive furniture. Courteous knowledgeable staff(Mark,Richard). Used them extensively in the past. Decided to renew 3 piece lounge suite. It did not turn out to be as comfortable as expected. Asked for assistance/advice but,unfortunately, the OWNER did not provide any help whatsoever. Not impressed!
