There isn't much in here but the staff working here were friendly and helpful.
The toilets were clean and well maintained.
I was hopeful there may be at least one interesting shop and I did find a store featuring some lovely Italian produce which I would definitely recommend a visit to. Apart from that nothing really peaked my interest enough to look in.

A vibrant shopping center located in the heart of Bedford. Clothes, pharmacy, personal care product, thrift stores, kids' stuff, there is something for everyone. My personal favourite is the Italian produce store selling cheese, tomato sauce and different types of pasta. It's fun to take a stroll and spend some time shopping here.

Bedford Town center is just a dead place. Most of the shops are closed down. There's hardly anything to do... Specially for kids. No activities, no proper play ares. ?

A really nice shopping experience with visual personnel on hand to direct shopper's .
Plenty of food outlets with beverages, brand names in clothes and boutiques.
Warm temperature and convenient parking gives way to a good day out.

The lifts NEVER work, unfortunately you don't know this until you've already parked and got yourself and kids out of the car.
There's about 5 parent and child spaces which are always taken. 90 disabled spaces that are mostly empty - probably because they have to leave when they realise the lifts broken again.
There's always people standing around starbucks trying to sign you up for some rubbish.
Then there's the excitement of greggs tbat always has a queue out the door, but no sausage rolls unless you like the rank vegan ones.
So yeah, place isn't great.

Not much too it anymore. Used to be amazing, since moving away it's just not ordinarily somewhere I'd go when I visit the area due to its lack of Decent establishments.

Only used this as a walkthrough. So took in the sights of Bedford. Some tidy areas, some not, but it does look like they are regenerating the town centre. It should look great once completed and all the scaffolding and footpaths/roads are restored.
