Brilliant, I wish there was one in St Neots and one in Biggleswade. Great place and superb deals, much better than Holland and barett, even though they have the same owners I think!!!.

I returned a small food item as myself and my partner found the taste to be very bad, as it was £3 for only 30g I thought it was worth seeing if I could swap it for another flavour.

Upon asking the assistant if I could swap it, instead of a yes or no answer, I was told that I shouldn’t have even asked such a question and would I have asked in Tesco. The assistant simultaneously tutted at me and belittled me for simply asking a question, whilst also allowing me to swap the item for a different flavour.

I remained polite, but am completely bewildered as to the rude behaviour of the assistant who should learn some manners. In future, I recommend either politely declining such a return, or allowing it. Either way, you should never disrespect your customers and for that reason I’ll never return to your store and actively dissuade others from shopping with you.

Nice shop, well laid out, friendly staff, loads of choice (organic and non-organic) and decent sized bags of food which works out a bit cheaper than the supermarkets per 100g (for what I wanted, anyway).
