Had to make this review as actually quite shocked at the service I received here. I ordered a lamp on click and collect and when I received and opened it the base had been broken. I therefore returned and reordered only to find that when I received my replacement it was the exact same lamp but badly glued back together. I honestly have no idea how the employees who did this thought they'd get away with this it's actually laughable. I have now been fully refunded through the live chat online and my hopes are that the standards at this branch improve because this was such a massive inconvenience for a uni student who just wanted a lamp in my new room.

Nice shop with great selection of bedding and towels and all things for the home. Prices are very competitive. Also sells rugs and furniture, lighting and kitchen ware. Great shop for all you need for the home.

Visited this store today. I received 5*servce from a young gril. We had reserved 3 sets of purity but notice an other purity range with a deeper bowl , she went and got me 3 of the other sets . Also knives where being reduced and bourght a full set of these.
The shop was in a good tidy state since it was Saturday late afternoon.

Cafe is excellent. But most of the lights were out in the store were not working. Made it difficult to shop. Gave up eventually

The staff in this store are always very helpful and friendly. Click and Collect is quick and easy. The store is well stocked and pleasant to visit

Went in. Straight to the blinds section.
Placed the order for 5 blinds, paid and left
Only problem was that we also bought a shower curtain and the email receipt only included the shower curtain. The order arrived but only 3 blinds arrived. Tried to check my email order but obviously the blinds weren't on it.
Rang Dunelm,spoke to the blinds section and it turned out the order was being sent in two parts.
Problem solved.

My partner and I received excellent service when we purchased a dining set for our new house, which we're very happy with. We also had a positive experience in the café. We'd definitely come here again

What is the point in having a phone number no one answers. and trying to get any joy out of the online service is a joke. would not recommend ordering via there online system cos if you have a problem they dont want to know
